Duplicate contract lines should not be available to select for a link in Site/locations/Contract * Fiscal Year from Contract Headers should be available in the look-up when adding a contract to a link (most contracts span multiple fiscal years . For the majority of these entries, the current fiscal year should be the default, but there may be potential for adding historical (prior FY links). * There needs to be some clarification as to whether the Hub will require a separate fiscal year (each year) for these entries or if the QE Site/Contract/Location links that will not carry to a fiscal year be deactivated
